Cracked Ribs?

I wish I could see the inside of my skeleton right now so I would have a better understanding of what is going on in the torso of my frame. I'm particularly concerned with the area right below my right breast where there is a nagging ache from the crash I took on my snowboard 11 or 12 days ago.

The first day it was difficult to breathe. The second day I wanted to punch anyone that made me laugh. Coughing wasn't an option because it pretty much made me want to die.

I didn't ride for almost a week. I went out last Sunday in an effort to keep my sanity. I told my boyfriend I would be super conservative, and I was. I had reached the point where I could laugh and cough with ease, although sneezing was still not an option.

On Monday I felt worse. I tried to go for a run and after the first hill the air filling my lungs was putting way too much pressure on the area where something isn't right.

I rode again on Tuesday, still conservative. On Wednesday I opened it up a little. I let myself go fast. I strayed off the groomers and remembered why I love riding. Thursday I stayed in bed all day but I noticed I could use some of my muscles to sit up. Today it still hurts.

I wish I could see my skeleton but I'm not going to get an X-Ray.

I know it will snow. It has to. Until then. . .I wait. Not so patiently.
