Dawn Patrol turned Dusk

Fresh snow last week got me out of bed at 5:30 am to rally for early morning runs. I didn't think it could get any better than the first day. A clear sky. Untracked tree runs with knee deep powder. The next day the mantra that kept repeating in my head was, "I can't believe it can be this good!" It was dumping on us as we got ready, our group size had almost doubled, and the snow kept falling. "I can't believe it can be this good!"

Who needs the ski resort when you have friends that will wake up early for powder runs and take turns driving the redneck chairlift?
